CHIRAG, Muri (Chhotanagpur Institute of Research & Action Group) is a non government organization, registered under society registration act 1860. It operational area is all over Jharkhand. CHIRAG started its action from 1994 with the aim to uplift the marginal mass of Jharkhand by providing awareness, education, health, self employment skill development, women empowerment, child care and tribal welfare.........!

To assist the central and state governments and developments schemes and programmes related to eradication of backwardness in the society. To implement the programs for the scheduled cast, social welfare, youths, culture, forest and human resources supported by the central and state government. To help the people of low income group in their socio economic development and to prepare social environment. To make the rural workers (skilled) and unorganized labours free from the curse of unemployment and insuring them job securities along with the educational and medical facilities. To establish different vocational training institutions for the all-round development of small and cottage industry and impart free training to the needy To implement the programs for the all-round development of the weaker section of the society, especially SC, ST, Handicapped and Women. To organize free health camps and mobile medical facilities for the weaker section of the society. Arranging management, technical and vocational trainings on small scale industries and cottage industry for educated and unemployed in order to create job opportunity for them. To make the village sustainable and to fulfil the need of livelihood to implement the programs of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry along with food, cloth and house. To implement the recreational program and to arrange the facilities for playground, physical education, recreation hall and other centres for the physical and mental development To implement and encourage the consumer forum programs To organize cultural programs for fund raising to fulfil the need of the organization.
